Every industry figured out loyalty. Rent never did. The site's job was to make that feel obvious.
TenantPay is a Canadian FinTech that lets renters pay rent by credit card, debit, Interac or crypto with no participation from the landlord, and reports every payment to Equifax so rent builds credit. The site had to sell that to renters, landlords and property managers from one front door.
Three audiences, three arguments. For renters it is a loyalty program — points on every payment, a member card, a monthly rent drop, and a calculator that shows what a year earns back before you sign up. For landlords it is fewer write-offs at $2 a door; for property managers a command centre that collects, reconciles and deposits on its own. I built each of those pages to make its own case, on one design system.
A dark ground, gold for what you earn, blue for what to do next, and the app and card drawn in the page itself rather than dropped in as mockups.
