Alpro runs more than 300 stores, plus e-commerce, online consultations, eldercare and a loyalty program. Online, all of that lived in separate places, and nothing tied it together into one experience.
I rebuilt the whole platform from scratch on Next.js, with Supabase for data and AWS for hosting. Everything now sits in one place: a fast online store, the ePharmacy and consultation flows, the membership and loyalty system, and the Silvercare and clinical services.
Alpro now has one platform that handles shopping, prescriptions, consultations and memberships together, built to keep up with more than 300 stores across the country.
