A report can flatter, or it can agree with its own tables. Kite only allows the second.
Kite is a platform for consulting firms that run their own 360 and 100 point assessments. It had to run those instruments exactly as written, apply anonymity rules on its own, and end in a report a consultant would sign.
A consulting firm’s assessment instrument is years of scoring rules and competencies — reducing it to a spreadsheet, or forcing it into someone else’s 360 template, throws away the thing the firm actually sells. I designed and built Kite as the workspace instead: one place to set an instrument up once, invite every rater group, and run it the same way on every project.
Anonymity is built into the schema, not left to memory: invitations and responses sit in separate tables with no key between them, and a rater group under its threshold is withheld before any chart is drawn.
- 01Both instrument types — 360 and 100 point — scored on your rules
- 02Anonymity thresholds applied automatically, per rater group
- 03Individual, aggregate and subgroup PDF reports
- 04A respondent database, reused across every project
- 05A credit ledger with one line per report

One workspace, from the first invitation to the last PDF

Eight parts, one workspace

The report — the firm's name on the cover, Kite's nowhere

Every sentence on this page names a figure on the same page

Three rules, stated as the product rather than a promise

One credit, one report — everything else included

The dashboard a consultant actually watches
