The card is not the product. The return visit is — and every screen exists to cause one more of them.
Boomerangme is a loyalty platform for local businesses — cards in Apple and Google Wallet, an AI marketer called Richie, a white-label layer for agencies. It had to read as one product to the café, the agency reselling it and the franchise head office.
A café owner wants a card and a campaign tonight; an agency wants fifty client accounts under its own logo; a franchise wants one programme with a login for every store manager. I designed the product around those three roles — one database, a different surface for each — so a franchisee sees their own customers and head office sees all of them.
Richie sits inside every one of them: paste a Google Business Profile link and it drafts the card, the rules and the first messages, then connects to Square, Clover or Toast so visits and rewards track themselves.
